Do you give any special discounts to churches and non-profit ministries ?
Yes we do! Churches and other non-profit ministries may receive an additional 7% discount on all regular priced items. This discount is automatically applied to those who have created an account and have sent us a copy of their tax exempt certificate. If you are not now receiving this discount and would like to, after creating an account send us an email with an attached copy of your tax exempt certificate. Upon receipt, we will add your account to this group and let you know we have done so. You will then receive the 7% discount on all future orders.
First Order Discount
Do you offer any special discounts to first time customers?
We now offer all our retail customers a 5% additional discount on purchases of $30 or more to help offset cost of shipping. This discount is automatically applied once the required purchase amount is added to the shopping cart. By using Coupon Code FIR2, first-time customers may receive an additional 2% discount for a total discount of 7% off their first order (provided the required purchase amount is met).
Do you sell gift certificates? If so, do your gift certificates have an expiration date?
We do sell gift certificates. To purchase, click here or on the 'Gift Certificate' link located in the footer beneath the heading "Customer Care." There is an expiration date. Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date printed on the certificate.
How do I use my gift certificate?
At checkout, simply enter the gift certificate code into the box called "Redeem Gift Certificate.” Then click "Go" and your gift certificate will be automatically credited against your order.
What happens if I don't use the entire gift certificate in one purchase, or if it's not enough to purchase the goods I want?
If you don't use the full amount of the gift certificate on your first order, the remaining credit will be added to your account and applied automatically to your next order. You can check the remaining balance on the gift certificate by clicking on the 'Gift Certificate' link.
If the total cost of your order is more than the value of your gift certificate, you will be directed to our payment page where you will be asked to pay the remaining balance.
KJV Scripture Cards
I prefer greeting cards that use scripture taken from the King James Version. Is there an easy way to shop for KJV only cards?
Many of our customers prefer KJV scripture cards. Shopping for them is now easier than ever. No matter what product category you select (anniversary cards, birthday cards, etc), above the first row of products (just to the right of the CATEGORIES Left Menu) you will find a link to "KJV Anniversary Cards" (or "KJV Birthday Cards", etc). Selecting this link will allow you to view, within each product category, only those boxed sets that use the KJV scripture.
How can I view the latest products you have added to your website? I would like to see the newest greeting cards without looking through all of them.
Great question! No matter what product category you select, above the first row of products is a "Sort by" feature. Using the down arrow, choose to sort by "Newest Items." The newest products in the category selected (Christian cards, birthday cards, sympathy cards, etc.) will be the ones shown first. The date that each boxed card collection was added to the website will be shown in the product description.
Seeing you are a home-based business, are there certain days or hours that are best to call?
Yes, thanks for asking! The best time to call us is Monday – Friday (9:00 am – 7:00pm EST). And feel free to call us on Saturdays as well. If we are not able to take your call, please leave a message and we will get back with you as soon as possible.
What payments methods are available through your store?
At checkout, customers can choose to pay in one of three ways: 1) by credit (or debit) card on our SSL secured site; 2) by PayPal; or, 3) by check or money order. If you prefer not to transact payment over the internet you can still process your order over the internet by choosing, upon checkout, to pay by check or money order. Upon receiving your order we will ship it out immediately, along with an enclosed invoice requesting payment. Of course, you can also call us and we will be glad to personally assist you and take your order over the phone. At that time you can either pay by credit card or choose to send payment by mail.
Returns & Exchanges
What if my products are not what I had hoped?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, feel free to either exchange your item or return it for a refund. See Shipping & Returns for more information regarding exchanges and returns.
How do you ship, and how do you charge for shipping?
We ship either by Priority Mail through the Unites States Post Office or Ground Transit through UPS. Real-time UPS quotes are automatically generated during the checkout process. Our customers do not pay retail shipping rates. We endeavor, based on the combined weight of items ordered, to charge our customers the commercial rates that we ourselves are charged. Occasionally, we may offer a "Jo-Na's Limited Time Special" where all orders ship for one low flat rate.
Do you ship internationally?
We do, but currently our shipping software automatically generates USPS quotes only for Canada. All other international customers will need to contact us prior to placing an order so we might confirm the cost of shipping.
We are a tax-exempt non-profit organization. How can we keep from paying taxes upon checkout?
First, you must register for an account. Then, send an email to us requesting tax exempt status, attaching a copy of your tax-exempt certificate to the email. Once we receive this, we will place your account in the tax-exempt non-profit category. If you place an order before we have opportunity to do so, and pay the sales tax, once we receive your tax exempt information we will refund to your credit card the sales tax amount.

I am having trouble reading the wording on the inside of the greeting cards. Any suggestions?
When a smaller font is used on the inside of greeting cards, sometimes it can be difficult to read. Oftentimes, by hovering over the small product images beneath the large product image, the built-in product zoom feature allows you to read the smaller print. If that does not work, Windows allows you to enlarge the entire page. If you are using a mouse with a scroll wheel, hold the CTRL key while rolling the wheel. This allows you to zoom in and out of the product. This zoom function is also accessible under the “View” tab of your browser.
I'm having trouble signing in. I might have forgotten my password. Can you help?
If you have forgotten your password, go to "My Account" and under "Sign In" put in your email address. Leave the Password box blank. Click on "Forgot Password." You will be sent an email with a link.
